Refund policy
Here is what happens when an eligible return is approved.
Approved returns
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will confirm the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Timing
Your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days to show the refund after it is issued.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@deewars.in within 48 hours. We will prioritise a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return shipping where applicable.
